Team members are the real resources in an organization. And each team member has unique attributes based on availability, costs, skills, and current project assignments. Once you know those attributes, you can allocate your resources efficiently and effectively.
Weekwise’s main Dashboard shows attendance stats, vacation, sick days, and public holidays. You can see which team members aren’t working on any given day, so no need to ping them on Slack or fire off an email. Also, resource scheduling across timezones is effortless with Weekwise.

Track time spent on projects so you can prioritize
We designed Weekwise because we needed to think about projects in terms of weeks. Our goal was to make administrative work as low-touch as possible for both managers and resources.
For managers, Weekwise makes a smooth transition from week to week possible because all the data you need is right in front of you. Weekwise’s Timesheet gives you full records of who’s working on various projects and a quick summary of vacation and sick days.

All your invoices at your fingertips
COMING SOON. Budgets matter when you’re planning your resource allocation. Weekwise’s Invoices screen gives you an at-a-glance overview of paid, pending, drafted, and overdue invoices.
You can filter the invoices by invoice ID, client name, status, or issue date, and set notifications to get an email when action is needed. Weekwise’s also gives you a chart of open and paid invoices by month and year so you won’t get hit by penalties or lose functionality by missing an invoice.
